Connex South Eastern blue/white/fading yellow lower

465016 departing Victoria on 29th January 2000

Whilst the majority of the 189 units continued to carry NSE livery, 18 units (465001-465003 and 465006-465020) received a Connex South Eastern blue, white, fading yellow lower, livery. This was actually a modification of NSE livery using vinyl overlays - the NSE blue paint remaining visible. This work was done at Slade Green.

By 2001 all units had received car numbers in the middle of the car at cantrail level in addition to the conventional position.
465214 in Continental Airlines promotional vinyls In 2004 465214 and 465237 received Continental Airlines promotional vinyls. This picture is of 465214 as the rear portion of an 8 car working.

465014 approaching Victoria on 19th November 2005 It is difficult to see during this misty dawn as 465014 approaches Victoria on 19th November 2005, but the "connex" has been removed from the branding leaving only "south eastern".
