On 1st May Bournemouth based driver Brian King was sent up to Wimbledon Park Depot with "thunderbird" EDL 73235 light engine to collect 3417. As he writes "like any good driver I had a decent camera with me" and it is indeed fortunate for us that he did because as work and safety permitted he was able to record the move.
