GB Railfreight Electro-Diesel 73141 Named Again!
You may remember in February 2009 we reported unit 73141 being named twice at Brighton. However, since then the unit has been transferred to First GBRf, and was officially named "Charlotte" on 11th July 2009 at Minehead. As with several other First GBRf Class 73's, it was named after a female worker of First GBRf. (Above Left) Barrie Swann captured 73141 in yet another new livery at Tonbridge West Yard on 8th July 2009. You may have noticed the large unit number. It is said to be a mistake which was too late to be rectified for the naming ceremony, so we may see it change in the future. |
