More Bachmann 4CEPs

Bachmann are also going to release two weathered versions of their Cep model, 31-425B green "early" version and 31-426B green with yellow warning panel. I regret that at the time of writing I do not know what unit numbers Bachmann will be applying to these, nor which headcodes will be included.
